A structured 6‑step process where participants rotate roles (client / consultants) to dissect and solve real challenges.

👉 In each session, 3 participants bring a live challenge, ensuring focus and depth.

Programme Structure

The Co‑Development Lab runs in cycles of three sessions.

  • Each participant commits to 3 sessions

  • Over the cycle, participants will experience the full process and depth of the methodology

  • Challenges are worked through on a rotating basis, ensuring shared contribution and learning

About the Facilitator:

Mahdi Heidarian Bavandpour is an accomplished HR and HSE consultant with two decades of experience spanning global companies such as Nestlé, Unilever, British American Tobacco, and Saziba, as well as advisory roles across the Middle East and Europe. Currently based in Sofia, Bulgaria, he works with SPI Training & Consultancy to support organizations and leaders through executive coaching, team development, and organizational change projects. Mahdi specializes in leadership development, cultural transformation, and safety-driven performance, combining strategic HR expertise with engaging facilitation methods such as co-development and serious games. His career highlights include building leadership pipelines, implementing organizational restructuring, and fostering cultures of care and safety that drive measurable improvements in performance and engagement. A passionate coach and facilitator, Mahdi helps individuals and organizations unlock their full potential, enhance productivity, and embrace continuous excellence.
